British band Penelope Isles ended their North American tour at The Echo. “It’s an emotional night for us,” we were told by singer Jack Wolter. Playing on the heels of their debut album, Until the Tide Creeps In, the quartet swept us away with their fuzzy, dreamy sounds. Starting things off was Gum Country.
