Desert Daze 2019 was one for the books. With Devo, Stereolab, Wu-Tang Clan (with Khruangbin joining), The Flaming Lips, and many local bands like The Paranoyds, Froth, Sasami, JJUUJJUU, Winter, Triptides, Moses Sumney, and White Fence to crazy times in the Theatre tent with Metz, Viagra Boys, George Clanton, Pussy Riot and Surfbort–there was something for everyone at any given time. In the camping area, the Mystic Bazaar held some intimate performances deep into the night, along with soundbaths, yoga and meditation and workshops. Many people spent time in the lake, hanging with friends and soaking in the Desert Daze ways.
