While The Strokes are still headlining festivals, including Ohana Fest on the 27th, guitarist Nick Valensi’s band CRX held its own show at The Echo with Collapsing Scenery and Queen Kwong.

We were able to listen to fresh tracks off of CRX’s sophomore album, Peek, which is a stronger collaboration with all band members–in particular, guitarist Darian Zahedi and bassist Jon Safley.
