Brockhampton @ The Fonda Theatre

It was definitely “Friday Therapy” as one of the biggest rising rap collectives held a free record release show for fans. It was slam packed with not only diehard fans, but other musicians and friends along for the soirée.

BROCKHAMPTON held a pop up the day beforehand where fans grabbed their wristband for the show. Lines were wrapped around the Fonda as soon as word got out. Fans were handed “Ginger Airlines – Thank You for Flying With Us “Flight Itinerary” leaflets with their tickets enclosed. Ginger is BROCKHAMPTON’s fifth studio album. Led by Kevin Abstract, the group commanded the stage with ease appeasing the frenzied music lovers.

A few musicians performed with the group and a few played short sets beforehand. Dominic Fike (with Skrillex on guitar), JPEGMAFIA (PEGGY!) and Deb Never pumped it up.
