Hot off their acclaimed set at Just Like Heaven in Long Beach, fans of The Faint were ecstatic to be able to dance in the foggy darkness for two consecutive evenings at the intimate Roxy. Favorites like “Agenda Suicide,” “The Geeks Were Right” and “Worked up so Sexual” evoked our corticospinal excitability as memories of grooving on sticky floors and hot nights came flooding back. Founding members Todd Fink (lead vocals/keyboards/guitar) and drummer Clark Baechle along with long time guitarist Dapose and Graham Ulicny on keys gifted us with new tunes from Egowerk–their latest album in five years.

On tour with The Faint is Choir Boy hailing from Salt Lake City. Adam Klopp’s vocals are so powerful and grab at your heartstrings very fast. Their sound is a strong romantic and dreamy 80s feel that is much needed today.

Early arrivals were able to hear Fink and his wife, Orenda who are Closeness.
