Guided By Voices @ The Teragram Ballroom

Two consecutive evenings with Guided By Voices isn’t enough. Even if GBV does play around 50-90 songs a night. The Teragram Ballroom was filled with diehards with some who actually sang along to almost every song. This tour’s lineup is Robert Pollard (vocals), Kevin March (drums), Doug Gillard (guitar), Bobby Bare Jr. (guitar) Mark Shue (bass), and “Action Bronson” who played tequila. Pollard is a machine with a musical history few can come close to.

BRONCHO was Friday’s support and were warmly welcomed back by fans who arrived early. Still riding high on the album Fantasy Boys, BRONCHO also made a surprise appearance at Little Joy during Echo Park Rising.
