The conclusion of an 8 week, 26 state, 3 Canadian province, 12,779 mile tour wrapped up at The Roxy as good friends SWMRS and The Frights had fans waiting up and down Sunset Blvd for hours. Although they have a song about hating on LA, they clearly weren’t singing about the sweaty and excited fans who were screaming their guts out, dancing, moshing and stage diving. Cole Becker, Max Becker, Joseph Armstrong, and Sebastian Muellerearly are tighter than ever and pulled off a sweet cover of The Cure’s “Boys Don’t Cry.” Their debut album Drive North is out. They may be No. Cal., but they are welcome here any time.

All hell broke loose when The Frights preceded. The fast-paced set was euphoric. It must have been bedtime for a few when it ended, as some took off afterwards.

Strong support came from Partybaby and SadGirl.
