Diarrhea Planet @ The Echoplex

On Monday about 6:00 p.m., the one and only Deftones did the unthinkable and played Amoeba Music for a sweet, six song set. Chino Moreno’s usual big block that he jumps and screams on was an 1/8 of its usual size, but it didn’t stop diehard fans from jumping up and down among the CD and vinyl aisles. The special in store was to promote the latest album Gore. The guys will be back in town on August 24th at The Greek Theatre.
