One thing that stood out as Minus the Bear returned to Southern California touring in support of the 10th anniversary of Menos el Oso, was fans completely giddy to hear songs they connect with – that they could sing along to.

The smoothness that is lead vocalist/guitarist Jake Snider, badass bassist Cory Murchy, wizard keyboardist/backing vocalist Alex Rose, mad guitarist Dave Knudson (who was having way too much fun smiling at his fellow bandmates and taking photos while tapping away), and although not an official member, Kiefer Matthias damn well delivered on drums. This combination of brotherhood and talent is what kept the crowd completely engaged the entire set.

There were many fans of all ages shouting out songs once the album was played knowing there would be more. Cans of beers held in the air, smiling faces, a touch of flannel and a lot of embracing couples made for a special Friday evening. MTB ends this tour in their hometown of Seattle before heading to the UK in late January.
