It’s been a special couple of weeks as bands playing FYF have also done local shows so fans can get a longer set in a more intimate setting. One of the more anticipated shows was The Drums who packed The Glass House in Pomona so fans could be up close and personal. Fog filled the room as Jacob Graham approached his synth station and Jonny Pierce slowly slinked across the stage to the mic to begin the set with “Bell Laboratories.” Boys and girls alike swooned and screamed for Graham and Pierce, hanging on every word and gesture. The set spanned a great mix of all three Drums’ albums for a solid dance party.

LA’s own Froth supported The Drums on several West Coast dates, bringing their fuzzy, psychedelic garage pop to California and its neighbors.
