Comedy duo Kurt Braunohler and Kristen Schaal will be doing a live recording their variety show “Hot Tub With Kurt and Kristen” for a double album to be released on Kill Rock Stars. Recording will take place on April 20 and April 27 at the Virgil, with comics and musicians like Aparna Nancheria, Eddie Pepitone, Karen Kilgariff, Kyle Kinane, Emily Heller, Beth Stelling, Heather Lawless, John Roberts, and Eugene Mirman, Andres de Bouchet, and John Roberts making guest appearances. The album is scheduled to to be released sometime this fall.
