ARTHUR BROWN: OUT OF THE MOUTHS OF BABES

Rakish, free-spirited and better educated than most of his compeers in first and second wave of the British Invasion, Arthur Brown was equal parts leader of two notable rock groups and surrealist heir to the bandleader tradition of Glenn Miller and Harry James.
