THURS., AUG. 30: We just got a big bag of old Creems here at L.A. RECORD junior headquarters and they might as well have come from another planet for as much of that lively spirit survives now, and the only rational comparison available to make was to Arthur, which revives today and assumes its rightful place as probably the last living magazine in the United States of America. Many and sincere congratulations to Jay and family for bringing Arthur back from exile. The new issue (#26) was delivered to L.A. Tuesday night and will be available at the traditional Arthur (and sometimes L.A. RECORD) social club at Little Joy tonight, with probably some of the best DJs around to set up the music. (TW)
