Everyone loves a good blogger presented show and bands love playing them. It’s like having an FDA stamp on your lamp chops–you know the music’s going to be quality and it’ll taste mighty fine, too [ed.--except for that whole Chino beef recall]. LA-Underground begins his new bi-monthly night at The Scene this evening with a bang. Tonight’s cuts are Grade A with The Monolators, Wait Think Fast, Summer Darling, and Friends of Dennis Wilson all performing. All the bands playing tonight are pals and will be cooking up a smorgasbord of retro flavor, intelligent tunes, and homespun rock n’ roll. We even heard that Mary Monolator is bringing delicious homemade pretzels for general consumption. Classical Geek Theatre will be co-presenting tonight’s bill and has issued an official Galaga challenge:
“Any band member or blogger may face me in the cosmic ring of techno-insectoid death. I fully expect some foolish souls to test their fate. Bring a kerchief. For your tears.”
Watch the hilarious video promo made by Mouse for the show below. It features Eli and Mary Monolator. Oh, dare I forget – admission tonight is FREE!

Should of gone. Instead I watched lost and yet again no questions were answered. Just more trailor park love between that stabby girl kate and Sawyer. Apparently he did knock her up. But honestly for all we know she had sympathy sex with Hugo or lock!
