THE MEKONS: PAUL McCARTNEY SHOULD BE PUNISHED

The Mekons lived Leeds but dreamed Texas and Tennessee and after finding their feet in first-wave punk songs like “Where Were You,” they left the world of Rough Trade for the open range.
