BEACH GOTH 2018 @ L.A. STATE HISTORIC PARK

A sense of nostalgia took over the L.A. State Historic Park as The Growlers found a new home in an area where a lot of great music has been played via FYF. With the name Beach Goth back in its hands, it was time to really party-albeit hot as hell in August as opposed to hot as hell in October.

DANIEL NORGREN + PHIL COOK @ THE TERAGRAM BALLROOM

Swedish singer-songwriter Daniel Norgren made a stop at the Teragram Ballroom. The folk crooner's set, often reminiscent of rhythmic, elongated Neil Young-style Americana roots jams with the addition of catchy melodies and minimalistic guitar riffs, featured a setlist of tracks that span across his five official releases, the most recent of which is 2015's The Green Stone.
