No Age delivered a solid set at the historic Highland Park Ebell. LA duo Randy Randall (guitars) and Dean Spunt (vocals/drums) are back with new music from their latest album Snares Like a Haircut released at the beginning of this year. Spunt hit the drums hard on songs like “Drippy” and Randall kept the guitar parts extra noisy for “Soft Collar Fad.” We enjoyed the melodies in “Send Me” and its contemplative lyrics. Hearing “Teen Creeps,” an earlier favorite, made more than a few fans lose their minds and maybe a few body parts.

Behavior and Lunch Lady opened up the show for the night.
