The Melvins are into extra innings. On Wednesday night, they played their 50th show of the Guinness Record attempt tour (50 States + DC in 51 days), making this officially the longest tour in the long history of the Melvins. Working as a trio (Buzz, Dale and Mr. Bungle’s Trevor Dunn) they played a strong set for 90 minutes that spanned several albums and delivered the full range of brutal attacks they are known for. No one left unsatisfied.
