Seattle-born, L.A. transplant Robert DeLong kept his drum-pounding, electronic-fiddling residency at The Echoplex going for the third week Monday night. The young electronic wizard shows no signs of slowing, putting on an energetic one person show that has continually proved to be a force to be reckoned with. DeLong exhibits a musicianship and energy that many could learn from, particularly during live renditions of “Just Movement”, “Survival of the Fittest”, and dance gem “Happy”. Catch DeLong next Monday for the final date of his residency.
