Sally Jaye and Sarah Roberts of Ladies Gun Club lilted away the evening with galvanizing harmonies Friday at Hotel Café. Familiar faces from the LA Americana and roots scene crowded the room while guitar and accordion splashed over the din of warm conversation and clinking whiskey glasses. Musicians supporting the duo included Brian Wright (Brian Wright and the Waco Tragedies) and Philip Krohnengold (All Spots to Black). Ladies Gun Club will be playing The Grand Ole Echo on September 9th with Leslie Stevens and All Spots to Black.
