Two years ago, Marina Diamandis (stage name Marina and the Diamonds) made her first appearance at The Troubadour. With Electra Heart released on Tuesday, it was highly appropriate that the Fonda was slammed packed that night with loyal fans dressed to impress the Welsh beauty once again.
Through costume changes of the most feminine kind, props, and adoring fans handing her a poster and a copy of Valley of the Dolls, it is Marina’s voice (that has been compared to the almighty Kate Bush) that really shines above all. NYC’s MS MR opened.
