If you RSVPed on or before Monday, Dec. 14, you will be on the list!
HOWEVER – we are expecting a LOT of people at this and we cannot guarantee entry. But we can tell you that if you want to get in, please get there AS CLOSE TO 8 PM AS POSSIBLE. We will have FREE valet parking, FREE t-shirts and FREE Colt 45 and Jaguar Spirits tequila but they won’t all last forever! So get there early to make sure you get in and get all the good fun stuff. Entertainment will start right at 8 PM and all pop-up stores will be open.
This is a FREE show but please make sure to bring a child’s toy we can donate to charity this week! If you absolutely cannot bring a child’s toy, we ask that you donate between $5 and $10. ALL proceeds will go to charity! We are trying hard to help others this season so please pitch in!
BEDROCK REHEARSAL is at 1623 ALLESANDRO in ECHO PARK at GLENDALE/ALVARADO which is pretty close to the Echo/Echoplex/etc. Doors are at 8 PM.
This show is ALL AGES but we will wristband 21+ for drinks. Please do not bring your own alcohol.
There is NO ATM on site so please bring cash for tips, stores, etc.! We will have pop-ups by VACATION VINYL, BURGER RECORDS, HAUTE OLIVE, CUBTRINA, FRANKY’S and DIM MAK so there is a chance to pick up a lot of cool stuff!
To minimize line drama we are doing NO INS AND OUTS.
If BEDROCK parking fills up, there is street parking available.
VALET PARKING will be on Allesandro outside the North Lot.
ENTRANCE is through the NORTH LOT. Please have your ID so we can check you off the list!
EVERYTHING IS TERRIBLE will project in STUDIO F (BLUE ROOM).
HIT + RUN SILKSCREENING is in STUDIO E. We have a limited number of L.A. RECORD souvenir shirts for FREE but if you bring your own t-shirt it can be silkscreened for you!
SANTA’S VILLAGE is in THE LOBBY.
THE L.A. RECORD POP-UP ART GALLERY will be located along the halls.
POP-UP STORES will be located variously in STUDIOS A, B and C plus certain hallway junctions.
BEER BAR and TEQUILA BAR will be on the way in from the north lot.
