We have just released the latest mixtape in our Twang Series, “Bob Dylan Goes Twang: Part Four”. The mix features covers of Dylan tunes by Van Morrison (an incredible 8-minute version of “Just Like A Woman” from 1971), The Beatles, The Flying Burrito Brothers, Taj Mahal, Richie Havens and more. Also—for those of you who live in Los Angeles, we are so honored to be presenting the Leslie and the Badgers Record Release Show at Spaceland on Tuesday, June 30th. The Chapin Sisters, Eagle Winged Palace and Olin and the Moon will be supporting. The Badgers are one of the very best Los Angeles bands around (this show was just chosen as the pick of the night by the LA Weekly) and I sincerely hope you will come out and support them on this momentous occasion. Oh, and my all-girl DJ collective Gold Dust will be DJing at the event. Come say hello!
