I hope there is a resolution to this situation that will allow these wonderful events to continue. These are the only happenings of their kind in our sheltered county and it would be a shame to lose them. I hope acrobatics everyday will go on either way. It is really a wonderful thing you do Sam.

Sam!!! Acrobatics Everyday is truly an amazing outlet for independent musicians. As a UCI student, you should be able to hold these types of events on campus, especially when it is meant to bring the college and music community together. Acrobatics Everyday deserves to be on campus. This is a positive initiative to bringing the community together and celebrate music. I will make sure to post this info. on my blogs and spread the word.

Sam
I will take a shot at this because I'm so impressed with the work you've done with Acrobatics Everyday. The shows you've brought to UCI campus seem to be what a lot of the students want to see, and for that reason alone, the school should consider how valuable the shows are. Students can see what they would otherwise have to travel out of Orange County to see in many cases. So, it simply keeps students here in the convenience and safety of campus, and probably saves them a good chunk of money. I would think students and their parents alike would appreciate that as well as how this enhances a students connection to campus life at UCI. If I were a parent of a UCI student, I would be very much in favor of Acrobatics Everyday having a secure place on campus.

I've never put on events at UCI, so I can only imagine the troubles Sam has seen.

On another note, how come this post doesn't have a date on it? I'm at KUCI and so is Sam and I never heard anything about this. I'm out of the loop, doesn't feel good.

Hello Sam!
As a fellow OC Talent Buyer booking concerts at non-profit organizations, I feel the work you’ve done with Acrobatics Everyday is unprecedented. This county has so little to offer in the realm of unique, music driven events and AE fills the void. The programming is intelligent, the artists are incredible, and the demographic it caters to needs the event as an outlet and inspiration for future creative endeavors. I hope that UCI understands what a vital role your work and Acrobatics Everyday plays in the school, the local music scene, and the community overall. If there’s anything further I can do to assist you in these current efforts please let me know. I’d be happy to send out an eblast to my promotional list on the matter if you think it beneficial.
All the best to you Sam. You and your work is very much appreciated.
Much love,
Ashley Eckenweiler
