It was very long earthquake in my life, about 35~40 seconds of earthquake, During that time, i could not get out my house because shock was really bad.
I had the Soda Pop Kids visiting from Portland. I think I was more freaked out than they were because I could tell this wasn’t a normal tremor. I was the practice earthquake for the big one yet to come.
It’s practice, because we all realized we have no plans for what to do in a serious earthquake, and we gotta figure that shit out. It’s like when they make you carry a canteloupe around high school to train you for when you have a baby.
