Hal is the greatest guy ,to say nothing of his drumming. He's been my mentor, inspiration, and why I'm a drummer all of my life. Oh, he was also my mothers brother. My Uncle Hal. I just went to his 80th b-day party at the Baked Potatoe in Feb. and along with his grand daughter Tempest. her father Andy, on bass, and two cousins on my fathers side (keyboards and guitar) we played an original song for Hal, that was written by Tempest, and it was an awesome feelin having a band of family playing for Hal. thanks again for the great stuff Michael K.
